What comes in the set?

One quilt and two matching pillow shams. Shams are pillow covers — pillow inserts, sheets and decor are not included.

What is it made of?

A polyester microfiber face printed with the design, quilted with real stitching over a light polyester fill. The artwork is printed flat onto the fabric; it is not patchwork, embroidery or appliqué. Imported.

How long does delivery take?

Each set is made to order: printing and quilting take 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 7–15 business days to the United States (12–22 business days in total) or 10–25 business days to other countries. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Where does it ship from?

Sets are made by our production partner in China and shipped from there with tracking; US parcels are delivered by USPS for the last leg. For US orders, import charges are already included in our price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Which size should I order?

Choose by your bed: Single for a single bed or daybed, Twin for twin and twin XL, Queen for full and queen, King for king and California king. If your mattress is deeper than about 12 inches or you like a longer drop at the sides, go up one size. Exact measurements are on the size guide.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, separately the first time, with mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener, tumble dry low. Full details on the care page.

Will it look like the photos?

The design is printed from the same artwork shown in the first product photo. Screens show colour differently, so allow for a small shift. The other photos show how the set is constructed and what is included.

It arrived damaged or misprinted

Email a photo and your order number to support@venturesdecor.com within 30 days of delivery. We reprint it or refund you in full, and you do not need to send it back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, free of charge until printing starts — usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible.

Do you have discounts?

Buy 2 sets and save 10%, buy 3 or more and save 15% — applied automatically at checkout. Or use code WELCOME10 for 10% off one order (once per customer). Discount codes and multi-set savings cannot be combined.
