Cost
$7.99 per order, to every country we ship to. Free on orders of $199 or more, calculated after discounts.
Where it ships from
Sets are made by our production partner in China and shipped from there by tracked post; in the United States the last leg is delivered by USPS.
Duties and import tax
United States: import charges are included in our price — nothing to pay on delivery. Other countries: your country may charge import duty or tax; these are not included in our price and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
We email your tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Track it any time on our tracking page.
Late, lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or the carrier confirms it lost, we reship it free or refund it in full — your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan; we open a trace with the carrier and then reship or refund.
