Where to find your tracking number

We email it as soon as the carrier scans your parcel — check the inbox you ordered with, and your spam folder.

No tracking yet?

Printing and quilting take 5–7 business days, so there is nothing to track until your set has been made and handed to the carrier.

Tracking has stopped moving

International parcels can go several days without a scan between countries. If there has been no update for 7 days, email your order number to support@venturesdecor.com and we will open a trace.

Late, lost or marked delivered

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact us — we reship or refund as set out in our shipping policy.
