Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed at venturesdecor.com, operated by VELMI GOODS LLC (dba Ventures Decor).
Made to order
Each set is printed and quilted for you after you order by our production partner in China. This takes 5–7 business days.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch (12–22 business days in total).
- Other countries: 10–25 business days after dispatch (15–32 business days in total).
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier.
Shipping cost
$7.99 per order. Free on orders of $199 or more, calculated after discounts. The countries we ship to are listed at checkout.
Duties and taxes
For US orders, import charges are included in our price — nothing to pay on delivery. For orders to other countries, import duty or tax set by the destination country is not included and is paid by the recipient.
Tracking
We email a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email support@venturesdecor.com and we will open a trace.
Late, lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or the carrier confirms it lost, we reship it free or refund it in full, your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan; after a carrier trace we reship or refund.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at purchase, we will email you a new date and you may cancel for a full refund.
Address changes
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if your address needs correcting. Once dispatched, a parcel cannot be redirected.
