Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed at venturesdecor.com, operated by VELMI GOODS LLC (dba Ventures Decor). Every set is made to order, but you are still covered.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item

Email a photo and your order number to support@venturesdecor.com within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint the set or refund you in full, including shipping — you do not need to send it back.

Changed your mind

You may return an unused set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please email us first and we will send you the return address — do not send returns to our Sheridan business address. Return postage is paid by you and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Personalised sets

Sets printed with a name or text you entered cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a personalised set arrives damaged, misprinted, or with text different from what you entered, we reprint or refund it in full.

Customers in the EU and UK

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by emailing support@venturesdecor.com with your order number and the words "I withdraw". We refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned set; you pay the return postage. Personalised sets are excluded from this right.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until printing starts, usually within 12 hours of ordering. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at purchase, we will email you a new date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
