Who we are

This website, venturesdecor.com, is operated by VELMI GOODS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Ventures Decor, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout when you order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or payment cannot be verified; if we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Made-to-order products

Each set is produced after you order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed fabric, and quilted measurements may vary by 1–2 inches. Delivery times and remedies are set out in our shipping policy; returns and refunds in our refund policy.

Personalised orders

If you add a name or text, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline text that infringes someone else's rights or is offensive.

Promotions

Code WELCOME10 gives 10% off one order, once per customer. Multi-set savings (10% for 2 sets, 15% for 3 or more) apply automatically. Codes and multi-set savings cannot be combined.

Intellectual property

The Ventures Decor name, logo, site text and photographs belong to VELMI GOODS LLC. Product artwork is licensed from or supplied by third-party designers and is used with permission. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email support@venturesdecor.com with details and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided as described on this site. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
